How long does delivery take?
Typically 30–60 minutes depending on your location and order volume. Orders to Thao Dien and nearby areas of District 2 usually arrive in 30–45 minutes. Further districts may take closer to 60 minutes. We'll confirm an estimated time when we accept your order.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is picked up by our driver, you'll receive a tracking link via SMS. You can follow the driver's location in real time until delivery. If you have questions about your order in transit, message us directly on WhatsApp or Zalo.
Is there a minimum order?
We don't have a strict minimum order - order what you'd like. Keep in mind that very small orders may have a delivery surcharge for your driver's time.
