1. Chicken Pesto on Everything Bagel + Vietnamese Iced Coffee
This is our most-ordered combo, and for good reason. The house-made pesto has a basil-forward punch that pairs with the everything bagel's garlic and onion crust. The Vietnamese iced milk coffee (ca phe sua da) has just enough sweetness to cut through the richness. It's the combo that converts first-timers into regulars.
2. Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese + Fresh Orange Juice
The classic Sunday morning order. We use cold-smoked Norwegian salmon with capers, purple onion, tomato, and our own cream cheese on your choice of bagel. The fresh-pressed OJ is exactly what it sounds like — no concentrate, no added sugar. Clean and bright to balance the smokiness.
3. Jalapeno Cheddar Bagel + Matcha Latte
This sounds unlikely, but hear us out. The jalapeno cheddar bagel has a slow burn that builds as you eat. The matcha latte — made with actual ceremonial-grade powder, not the sugary kind — has a cooling, slightly grassy quality that tames the heat. People stumble onto this combination and then order it every time.
4. Peanut Butter Honey Banana + Hot Chocolate
The one for kids and anyone who misses being a kid. The PB honey banana bagel takes an extra four minutes because we toast it on a special setting, but it's worth the wait. With a hot chocolate on the side, this is weekend comfort food at its simplest. We see a lot of parents ordering this for their children and then stealing bites.
5. BLAT on Sourdough Bagel + Iced Americano
Bacon, lettuce, avocado, and tomato on our sourdough bagel (also takes a few extra minutes — the sourdough is denser). The iced americano keeps things clean and unfussy. This is the combo for people who know exactly what they want and don't need to overthink it.
A Note on Bagel Choice
Every combo comes with your choice of seven bagel types: plain, sesame, everything, cheese, jalapeno cheddar, sourdough, and gluten-free. The sourdough and gluten-free options take a few extra minutes. We also offer four cream cheese flavors — original, garlic herb, basil sundried tomato, and cashew (vegan).
All combos are available for dine-in at our Thao Dien shop on Le Van Mien, where we have indoor seating, outdoor tables under umbrellas, and a kids' play area in the back for families who need their children entertained while they finish their coffee in peace.
